All Hunter® extension downrods are designed to match Hunter® fans perfectly in terms of fit and finish, and feature tapered threads for a more secure connection. The ETL listed downrod is compatible with Hunter and Casablanca fans, with the exception of the Hunter Original fan. The threaded connection not only provides a secure support but also is designed to match our Ceiling Fan finishes.

For homes with 10-foot ceilings, a 12-inch downrod is recommended for the best fit. It is important to note that these downrods are intended for indoor use only. By using a high-quality downrod like the Hunter® 3/4 inch downrod, homeowners can ensure that their ceiling fans are properly installed for optimal performance and aesthetics.
